IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, XPRESS are happy to exchange the item for another product or size if it is still in new condition, unused, unworn and returned within 10 days of original dispatch date. Although full refunds are not available (unless in the case the item is faulty) we will happily issue a credit against your next order or exchange in size.
Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.
If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a full exchange credit (excluding postage costs). For these returns you will be required to pay for the return postage to XPRESS, as well as the further postage costs on replacement or exchange items.
Please Note: If your current item is personalised , unfortunately, we will not be able to accept this item for return.
How to Return Items
In the first instance please email us on sales@xpresspromotion.com.au for authorisation of return (please indecate why your returning).
PLEASE NOTE: Any unauthorised returned items will not be accepted!
When returning items, please wrap the package up securely and enclose your receipt or order number and the reason for returning the item/s. Send to: Xpress PO BOX 3194 North Turramurra, NSW 2074
Once we have received the returned items, a credit will be issued against an exchange or future order. In the event of a full refund, this will be processed within 3 working days on receipt of the authorised returned item. Refunds will be credited on your original account of payment.
